My partner, who has been waiting for a withdrawal for a month now, asked for assistance, but they just told him to wait for 14 days because it's an international account. However, those 14 days turned into a month, and there's still no progress. The money is stuck in the account with no sign of withdrawal. Disappointing service, to say the least.
