I contacted my account manager, he told me the website is being upgrade… I haven’t met this situation before, and I am totally confused…

我是大通客户，我的M T4软件显示期现在已经限制停止使用。他们的客户经理发邮件告诉我，需要我在他们的公司的官方网站重新申请新账号，就可以重新下载新的M T4，结果我登录之后重新提交了申请。系统显示我提交申请成功，他们的客服人员说让我等待审核通过。但是至今没有给我任何回复。我旧的账号也不能继续使用，也不能登录他们网站的后台。他们的客服人员说说我的账号已经休眠受到监管，我真的想不通凭什么封锁我的账号，我的账号虽然交易频率很少。但是交易次数多少这是个人能力风控的考虑。就好比一个人买了车，在车库里停久了，难得开一次，警察就要上门吊销我的驾驶执照，没有哪个国家有这种不讲道理的法律。况且之前从来没有提前告知我到底是为什么要限制我的账号，这是程序上的不合法。

Ngày 20/01/2025, hệ thống khớp lệnh của Multibank bị delay 20 giây khi đóng lệnh theo giá chốt lời, gây thiệt hại lớn. Đây không phải lần đầu; hai năm trước cũng xảy ra lỗi tương tự và Multibank đã hoàn tiền, nhưng lần này hoàn toàn không có trách nhiệm. Tôi đã cung cấp bằng chứng cho thấy lệnh tương tự được khớp ngay trên tài khoản khác và trên sàn đối thủ, nhưng Trưởng bộ phận Dealing Desk, ông Bilal, lại cho rằng đây là chuyện “bình thường”, trái ngược những gì Multibank quảng cáo về tốc độ mili-giây. Tôi đã báo lên hỗ trợ và quản lý nhưng sau hai tuần vẫn không nhận được phản hồi. Là trader Forex có kinh nghiệm, tôi coi đây là vi phạm nghiêm trọng tiêu chuẩn thực thi lệnh. Tôi đã mất niềm tin và quyết định chuyển sang sàn khác. Tôi mong nhận được phản hồi chính thức.
