Their trading signals are all over the place, and don't even get me started on the constant slippage. I mean, what's the point of offering a service if you can't even deliver on the basics, right? And when you try to reach out to customer service, they're always evasive and quick to point the finger at you. It's frustrating and frankly, insulting.
