They had violated policies. Refusal to delete my account and personal data. I opened an account two years ago, but I never use this account. I never added a penny on my account, so actually there is no reason to avoid deleting data. However, the funny thing is that they refuse to delete my account and told me it is deactivated and I can open it whenever I want.

I learned about the sway markets trading platform through a person on YouTube reivew. I decided to participate in trading on this exchange. At first I still withdrew money smoothly, but until I deposited more than $1000 in trading I could not withdraw money. When I sent a message to the system, they told me to wait about 1 day for the money to be successfully withdrawn, but it's been 3 days and my money still hasn't been withdrawn successfully. But the money on sway markets has been deducted and has not been refunded.

This is a scam forex trading platform, 2 days ago I deposited $2000 but yesterday I wanted to withdraw the money but couldn't. I thought the system was corrupted but when I came today I withdrew the money again but still couldn't and now my account is locked and I can't access it. People should not participate in this exchange.

Everyone should be careful. I deposited money and traded profitably, but when I withdrew the money, I couldn't withdraw it. I sent a message to support but haven't received any response!!

Added funds to Sway through the original wallet code they gave me. They said they could retrieve the funs and credit my account. Here is the exact message: You can monitor the incoming transaction here, once it reaches 3 confirmations funds will hit our account and we'll be able to credit Once it said the 3 confirmations were completed, I returned to sway for no one to respond and no credit to be given. Now every time I open support they instantly close my ticket. WATCH OUT. SCAM.
