I just call my agent and asked about the investment and i would like to withdraw my fund and been told I can't, I was shock and asked why? mentioned money was hold by bank and the value dropped but as today USD rate went up and what's happening? I'm not sure who to talk to but I think need to have proper updates new to the investor, so that we know what's the plan for this platform and how can we withdraw the fund and when can we?
