Funny, Ninja Trader’s customer support staff gives a different story every time when I asked why my orders were closed forcefully, such as market volatility, system disconnection… I had enough. It’s time to leave this broker.

I've had a rather disappointing experience with Infinity Futures as a broker. If you haven't traded for a while and there's money in your account, they'll charge you a fee and deduct it for inactivity! It's downright shameful, almost feels like theft.

I withdrew over $3500 in October, and I still haven't received my payment. They constantly make excuses and never follow through. I strongly advise avoiding them.

Man, using Ninja Trader has been a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, there's a lot to like - their platform has a ton of features and tools that can be really useful for traders. But on the other hand, it's just not very stable. I've had it crash or freeze up on me more times than I care to count. And the fees... yikes. They're higher than a lot of their competitors, and on top of that you have to pay extra for data and platform usage.

I do feel fees for using its ATPRO CHARTS is unreasonable! They require that this fee not charged if I trade over 10 round turns over a period of 30 days! This requirement is very sticky.
