First off, their website legit barely works half the time. Always error messages, trouble loading pages, real janky experience. Makes it impossible to monitor your account or track trades when the site keeps crashing. The info they provide is weak too. Very limited education, bare bones trading stats, no analyst commentary. As a trader you need good info to make decisions and BLH just doesn't provide it. Trying to get in touch with their customer support is a headache too. Long wait times to chat or call, reps who clearly have no clue what's up. Good luck getting useful help.
