and my problem was taken to some department or whatever they call it and support told me that my problem was fixed, which is a lie
and before i resetted my password i was facing the same problem
a couple of times i would talk to support and then they would them me that my problem has been sovled
but up until now it has not been solved
and therefore i am complaining and i am very unhappy with traze
i will also not use this broker anymore i am done with Traze
