Trade View has a great support team. They're patient and kind to their customers no matter the way they are approached, they really helped me out when I was starting up and I'm sure they can help you too....... KEEP IT UP, GUYS!

So far, I think the service provided by Trade View is satisfactory to me. My deposits and withdrawals are normal and the speed is acceptable.

I opened a demo account and received very helpful and constructive advice from Renato on the basics of trading and how to navigate the platform. He was very patient (call was an hour long), asking me good questions and he answered any questions that I had. The only caveat was that I received multiple calls since I opened a demo account, however, I do appreciate that Renato was willing to help me out.

I've had a smooth experience with Kaarat's trading platform—runs well, and execution speed is impressive. However, when it comes to customer service, there's room for improvement. In comparison to other brokers, they fall a bit short. That's why I prefer dealing with more skilled and professional brokers.
