Meanwhile, my account balance shrank rather than growing, my positions didn't yield the profits they'd so confidently projected. Instead, losing streaks seemed more common despite following their advice. It went from 5,000 to 4,500 to 3,000 and kept dwindling, a steep decline that sent cold chills down my spine. Customer support, which had initially been so eager to guide me into investing more, was now as elusive as a shadow in the dark. Calls were met with automated messages, emails dropped into a void, and messages were met with waiting ticks that never turned into read receipts.
