I emphasize that these funds are Net IB Commissions, not promotional bonuses. Technical Manipulation: Immediately after the rejection, the company downgraded my KYC status. Now, the portal returns a persistent "Technical Error" every time I attempt to re-verify, effectively freezing my current capital of $17,170.87. Demand: I demand an immediate manual verification of my KYC and the full release of my funds ($17,600.47). There has been no response from their support team.
