Secondly, they only offer phone and email support, which is really inconvenient. And when I tried to contact them via email, their response time was very slow. When can you guys offer live chat support? Thirdly, I haven’t found any regulatory licenses of this broker... Overall, I would not recommend ECB to anyone.
