When I had questions about setting up my account, their live chat agents were extremely helpful in troubleshooting issues in my native language, even late at night. However, I dislike that SmartyTrade does not offer the popular MetaTrader platform. Their proprietary web and mobile platforms feel unintuitive and lack custom indicators I'm used to. But responsive customer service around the clock as I learn the ropes has made up for the platform's weaknesses so far.
