They do not operate lawfully. I had an issue regarding the accounts type and they openly break the law regarding who they offer a particular type of account. I pointed this out to them on numerous occasions however, they have willfully ignore me. I have reported them to the FCA and still awaiting an outcome. Nonetheless, it is difficult to trust a broker that is so negligent of consumer law so I quickly stopped using them.
