I've experienced a problem like deposit issues and connectivity since day one. Also, their spread & commission is high compared to other brokers. Do yourself a favour, walk away and find yourself a better broker.

I rarely use the service on a weekend but this time, there was a queue with a very helpful 'you are customer number xx in the queue' notice which helps to know roughly how long you've got to wait. I haven't received my money yet, and it seems like Axion Trade doesn't really care. Honestly, the customer service has been a bit arrogant, telling me that two weeks is a short time. One of them referred me to the finance department, and it took them three days to finally confirm that the money has been sent.
