Their trading conditions are also quite unfavorable and the trading fees are quite high. Their customer service is also very unresponsive and unhelpful. Actually, it seems that they don't offer such service at all! Overall, I would not recommend DEF Forex to anyone, since it's obviously a scam fabricated by a butch of terrible scammers.
