I deposited $1000, and made 900 profits, and Then the broker suddenly closed my account and kept both my deposit and profits. They claimed “suspicious trading” Even if they had concerns, a deposit is my money, and keeping it is not acceptable for any regulated broker. Very bad experience and zero transparency

THE BANK PREVENTED ME FROM WITHDRAWING MY FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT!

The PAMM account managers called Nexobot in Brazil stopped authorizing withdrawals from Moneta Markets accounts. I contacted the Account Manager in Brazil, named Luiz, and he NEVER helped us, always making excuses - whereas in a SERIOUS brokerage, they would have closed any open orders and released the withdrawals!!!! We spent nearly 3 months BEGGING for withdrawals, and the Account Manager DID NOTHING, just like the contacts we made with Moneta itself—the support team told us to reach out to the Account Manager. We went through hell with this brokerage, and I personally lost around $1021 USD. RUN AWAY FROM MONETA MARKETS, WHICH COMPLICITLY TOOK PART IN THIS COPY TRADE HELL EXPERIENCED IN BRAZIL IN 2024, CALLED NEXOBOT.

Moneta Markets allowed the PAMM account manager (NexoBot) to DISABLE the display of open trades (Floating Balance/Floating) on its interface, misleading everyone because clients were unaware of these VERY negative open trades. NexoBot (the manager of the PAMM account) hid this huge drawdown from the PAMM account's clients, so that they were unaware of the high financial commitment that existed and, since January 2024, had been making withdrawals difficult for clients, making them practically impossible. When we tried to make withdrawals from Moneta's PAMM account and the manager wouldn't authorize it, we asked them to intervene and take action on behalf of the clients, but they said they couldn't do anything. We believe that Moneta Markets is co-responsible for this disaster, as it allowed such relevant information to be hidden in its own system (PAMM account interface, with a virtual domain bearing its name). There was talk of a protection mechanism by NEXOBOT of up to $250,000.00 per account, this amount could be used by MONETA to compensate the clients who were harmed.

This platform has seized my money. They then locked my account, making it impossible to contact support or withdraw funds. I still have 16000 USD I can't withdraw.

Profit = Violation trade; Violation trade = Profit deduction; Account cancellation = Money comes in and stays here.

Aside from disgusting, it's still disgusting. Once your trading account applies for bonus, as long as the customer profits, they say the customer is violating the trade. When the customer's withdrawal application fails and money is returned to MT4, the reason is internal control. The next day you can't log in to your account, which means not only do you have to leave your profits, but you can't take your principal. MONETA will say you're violating external hedging rules, but won't give any evidence. In short, utterly disgusting, definitely a scam platform.

GLPE OF MONETA AND NEXOBOT IN BRAZIL 2024

After a year of selling an automated trading service, Moneta and Nexobot left several clients without their profitability and without their life savings invested in Moneta PAMM accounts!!! They started selling in April 2023 and in May of this year (2024) they sent a very strange email to all clients stating that they blocked all accounts to stop losses. The result: millions of dollars stolen from many clients. I had $3700 and they deducted $80 from my account. There are users who claim to have lost their life savings, over $100 or $200 thousand dollars!!! It seems that at the time I signed up, Moneta offered insurance coverage of up to $250,000 for Moneta accounts, but I haven't seen my stolen $3700 anymore! A MILLION DOLLAR ROBBERY IN BRAZIL - BEWARE!

It didn't let me withdraw when I made profits

If you lose your capital it's okay for that but if you make any high profit they will not let you withdraw. I lost 509 usd using my EA, no alert was issued by the broker, but when I adjusted my EA strategy and made profits, it quickly They rejected all my withdrawals. Stay away from this broker.

Client Moneta Markets

I've been a Moneta Markets client since 2023 and participated in the NEXOBOT PAMM project. Moneta allowed order masking, turning into a 100% loss in April 2024 (previously 4%/month profit). Moneta failed to audit NEXOBOT, indirectly assisting the fraud affecting +1000 clients. They denied responsibility, covered up mistakes, and lacked transparency. Their Brazilian manager focused on commissions and blocked withdrawals. Total loss > $5 million. Moneta requested complaint removal in exchange for a "recovery" with REALIZE Invest (another disappointment). Their new PAMM account was even less transparent, and their scheme was to remove complaints. Total distrust in Moneta.

    用了快半年了，主要是冲着他们的 True ECN 账户来的。平时做欧美（EURUSD）点差基本在 0.0 到 0.2 之间跳，手续费也算透明。最让我满意的是在数据行情下的执行速度，之前在别的平台经常遇到断线或者卡盘，但在 Moneta 这里 MT5 的延迟一直很低，基本在 40ms 左右。有一点建议改进：Pro Trader 网页版的暗黑模式切换按钮太难找了，找了半天才发现。不过整体来说，如果你是做高频或者剥头皮的，这个平台的流动性绝对够用。
