Unable to apply, unable to fill in the withdrawal amount, this is a fake platform, everyone please be careful.
Do not invest here. You can not withdraw funds at all. They asked for margin. And if you profited they say you arbitrage. Shameless.
The platform does not allow withdrawal, contacting customer service through their email is useless and they will never get back to you. Rockfordpro.com and www.rfmfx.com are both fraudulent websites. Both eventually take you to their deposit platform tc.myrfmfx.com. Only rockfortmarkets.com is real.
I deposited $2,500 on February 2, 2021 and sent my bank transfer slip to them (local transfer, from Chase Bank in New York to Rockfort's American Bank in New York). But the company has not processed the deposit yet. They insisted that the U.S. bank account in New York City was blocked and asked me to transfer money to another California bank account. The money I remitted has not been returned to my bank account. Obviously their bank account has not been blocked.
I applied for withdrawal in February. But my application han't been approved. Even the email hasn't been responded

My trading account is 200004096. I applied for a withdrawal of US$7978 on December 27 last year. The platform said that it would be received in batches, so I waited patiently. But until today, more than a month has passed, and I have not got all the funds for the withdrawal. Completely treat the customer as a fool
At first, a girl said to help me solve the economic problem ask me to join this games. When I mention the withdraw, customer service told me need to pay Government tax 10% of USD 23K for Singapore. But given me SG personal account, why not I direct pay to Government? After they know I had asked the Government. They attitude has bad. Now told me is for processing fee. I will not pay any amount for this. Now I just want to get my money back USD7K.

I opened three accounts which are of the same name in this platform. I applied for withdrawals of two of my accounts on November 20. But the withdrawals didn't arrive after a week, $6,000 in total. The official answer is the withdrawal channel limit. The assistant asked me to wait all along, which makes me doubt whether the platform is formal or not.
Starting I know one girl from instagram ,she induce me to invest that will make profit and she send me one contact at WeChat customer service. The minimum to invest to pay $1000 after I bank in the money.That girl keep ask me to add more funds,after adding fund I started to win more money then I requested with the customer service I want withdrawal the money . That customer service mention to me I had pay 50% of deposit to withdrawal all the money. Beware of ROCKFORT
