Black market platform refuses to process withdrawals

I showed the platform all the trading strategies, and they accused me of hedging. Can't withdraw fund. Later say government tax later say process fee.

At first, a girl said to help me solve the economic problem ask me to join this games. When I mention the withdraw, customer service told me need to pay Government tax 10% of USD 23K for Singapore. But given me SG personal account, why not I direct pay to Government? After they know I had asked the Government. They attitude has bad. Now told me is for processing fee. I will not pay any amount for this. Now I just want to get my money back USD7K.

I opened three accounts which are of the same name in this platform. I applied for withdrawals of two of my accounts on November 20. But the withdrawals didn't arrive after a week, $6,000 in total. The official answer is the withdrawal channel limit. The assistant asked me to wait all along, which makes me doubt whether the platform is formal or not.

The platform does not allow withdrawal, contacting customer service through their email is useless and they will never get back to you. Rockfordpro.com and www.rfmfx.com are both fraudulent websites. Both eventually take you to their deposit platform tc.myrfmfx.com. Only rockfortmarkets.com is real.

They accuse me of arbitrage, but I'm just following trade signals. This is a shady platform, everyone should stay away. The customer service initially said that as long as you hold a position for more than a minute, it would be a normal trade. So, I started trading, holding positions for at least a minute or more, with some orders even held over the weekend. At first, withdrawals were normal, but if you're lucky enough to keep making profits, the platform will claim that your profitable trades are in violation of their rules. They don’t mention anything when you’re trading, but once you profit, they accuse you of breaking the rules. If it was really a violation, why did they allow withdrawals before? Everyone, please stay away.

I deposited $2,500 on February 2, 2021 and sent my bank transfer slip to them (local transfer, from Chase Bank in New York to Rockfort's American Bank in New York). But the company has not processed the deposit yet. They insisted that the U.S. bank account in New York City was blocked and asked me to transfer money to another California bank account. The money I remitted has not been returned to my bank account. Obviously their bank account has not been blocked.
