Non-farm payroll day, deposited $370, account number 68367268, profited $1080. They wouldn't allow me to withdraw and sent an email claiming I violated regulations, thus confiscating my profit of $1080. What rule did I violate with just one order? They won't even let me trade the market? They only refunded the principal. Such a large platform, yet so disgraceful in its actions. If this is not resolved, I will continue to expose them on other platforms.

Serious slippage and false advertising of a swap-fee account.
I opened an account on October 20th, filled it with $5000 USD by the morning of the 23rd, and applied for a swap-fee account. On the same day, I opened 10 trades. After closing a few positions around 6:40 AM on the 24th, I discovered severe slippage by the platform (later found to be between 140-170 pips per trade). Around 2:20 PM that afternoon, as I continued to close positions, I found again that each trade had slippage of 140-170 pips. The explanation given by EC platform was that this was caused by slippage and insufficient liquidity. I would like to ask the platform: How could there be insufficient liquidity during the time period from 14:20 to 14:30 Beijing time?
