I like the communication with my retention manager. Whenever I need help regarding platform / trades, he is willing to help me. The communication with the support is also pretty good. I had no problems with withdrawals.
Negatives:
Findeto does not provide trading on Metatrader 4. I was used to this platform. It took some time to get used to the new platform but now it is fine.
