After a number of poor customer service experiences with the Australian Maxxi Markets team, Will from the UK team reached out and demonstrated the professional, courteous and efficient support I had been missing. Although my account sits within a different jurisdiction (geo-caching issue at sign-up), Will took it upon himself to provide some background to the issues and after an open and frank conversation we arrived at a place of agreement.
