On 24 April 2026, I deposited USD 7,500 into my trading account with Dupoin. My deposit records show the transaction was successful, and the funds appeared in my account.
However, my withdrawal request has remained pending for nearly two months. Despite multiple emails, support tickets, and chat messages, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution regarding my funds.
