Let's start with the pros - their platform has a sleek interface and provides access to a broad range of markets, which is a definite plus for a rookie trader like me. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of transferring money onto the trading platform which is admirably hassle-free.
Their 24/5 support has been a life-saver on more than one occasion. The team seems well informed and is quite patient, even with beginners. A special shout-out to their Customer Support Team - they've managed to resolve most of my queries swiftly and satisfactorily.
The MetaTrader 5, though advanced, can seem daunting at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a formidable tool to have in your trading arsenal.
Now, the cons - As much as I've enjoyed their platform, there have been instances of delayed executions that have hampered my trades, and I wish this is something they address soon. And while their team is generally quite supportive, there have been a few interactions that could've been more pleasant.
