Using BX Forex has been a confusing experience for me. I deposited a significant amount of cash, but now it's all gone, and I can't make sense of the displayed balance in my account. I also don't know how to withdraw my funds or if I should consider investing elsewhere. I reached out to them via email with my concerns, but the response was unclear and didn't address my problem.
