您好我是郁升 新北市 【Instagram 廣告】得知抽獎活動，對方使用之 Instagram帳號為 janabraham612gco、名稱為鐵馬動力。該 Instagram帳號為販售機車裝備之網頁，看到廣告（內容為：機車族必備—--免費贈送機車裝備）後點入該廣告查看，後續該網頁私訊詢問報案點廣告是否根領取免費裝備，並傳送抽獎之廣告訊息告知抽獎號碼。並提供抽獎網址【twluckyss.top】輸入對方私訊給的抽獎碼，輸入後顯示中了貳獎。對方提供【商戶號】，告知於抽獎兌換處打商戶號後會自動轉跳到官方客服 Line，官方客服會審核中獎獎金。惟該客服要匯款中獎獎金，顯示為失敗後該客服以驗證身分為由一直要求匯款至客服給的銀行帳戶，直到最後一筆匯款成功，客服又要求將銀行卡寄過去並藉口要消除卡片上的問題，總共損失新台幣79000元。
