本人於 TOP1 Markets（TOPONE Markets）開立交易帳戶 透過平台進行 USOIL 差價合約（CFD）交易。 本人依照平台當時顯示之即時報價正常交易，相關訂單均正常成交，交易完成後帳戶產生盈利，2026/05/15當天提出 USD20,000 出金申請。 然而，在提出出金申請後5小時，平台透過電子郵件通知本人，表示因流動性提供者（LP）報價傳輸延遲，導致 USOIL 於 GMT+3 01:01 至 01:13 期間出現異常報價，因此認定本人帳戶內共 22 筆 USOIL 交易屬異常成交，並將相關盈利 USD32,483 全數沖正，同時取消原本提出之 USD20,000 出金申請。 本人後續要求平台提供完整報價資料、流動性提供者原始紀錄、外部市場價格比對及具體條款依據，以供獨立核實，但截至目前為止，尚未取得足以獨立驗證其判定之完整資料。 以上內容均有相關郵件及交易紀錄可供佐證，提供其他投資人參考。
