so I gave Bigul a shot because they made it sound like their payment methods were super easy and convenient. Spoiler alert: they're not. Trying to get my money in and out was like navigating a maze blindfolded. Withdrawals? Good luck. Felt like I needed to perform a magic ritual to see any of my money back. And don't even get me started on their fees. They say "competitive," I say "highway robbery."

I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with Bigul. The waiting times are excessive, customer service is incompetent, and the staff members are extremely ineffective.
