I don’t understand its shipping costs, so I asked them for more than twice. The support guy who answered my questions became impatiently, and refused to answer my questions in the end. Two stars for what I got here.

The pricing seems suspicious, almost as if it’s determined at their convenience rather than market rates. In my past experiences with other platforms, the charges were clearly stated and transparent, allowing me to make informed decisions. However, I found that Philoro tended to obscure their fees, making the whole process quite frustrating. I would strongly advise against using this platform for trading in gold.
