我是他们平台客户，在周日6月7日20:58分的时候我净值6.8w美金，有14手比特币的单子，分别在62477 62445 62544三个位置做多，但是正在做，这平台突然扎针，扎到50000多，使我强制平仓在57617.64，导致账户爆仓，别的所有平台和市场都没都这个插针，我当时截图了，人家当时没插针，还是在61836左右，根本都没跌破61000，我会把截图发出来，现在我找平台发邮件，没人回，电话打不通，我要追回我的损失
