I've been trading for 20 years, and hands down, this is the worst brokerage product I've ever dealt with. Absolutely no communication, so bad that I couldn't even send emails. Activation time for the account was painfully slow, stretching up to 5 working days.

So far, the IDX Trader platform has been favorable and satisfactory. I'm inclined to explore more details and engage in trading on the platform.
