Their slippage problems cost me pips, big time. But what's even worse were the spreads - I've seen better in the aftermath of a spaghetti explosion. When you're in a tight spot, you expect support that's at least remotely responsive. Not with HT-FX Group MT. Their customer support made me feel like I was communicating via snail mail. Waiting days for a reply, only to get a vague response, added insult to injury.
