They're doing a great job.👍 The ECN account with low fees and quick transactions were a delight. But that server error and the money loss was a bit of a downer.

I experienced unjust spread widening in my account. Typically, the spread for silver is 2 cents, and during weekends or news times, it might widen to 5 cents. However, I encountered a spread widening to 15 cents, which wiped out my entire account. I have contacted them multiple times but have received no response.

I like this platform. It's very comprehensive. I could use many indicators which was great. However, sometimes the speed is slow.

在這裡輸入要轉換的內容 Hantec是我多年來一直使用的券商，我覺得大部分負麵評價是噁意的。首先，關於滑點，在網絡延遲中滑點是不可避免的，因爲它是由延遲引起的。而且券商不可能對虧損訂單進行成交，這是合理的。第二，出入金問題。在中國沒有受到監管之前，並不存在最低出金成本。第三方出入金服務在我的使用中從未出現問題。如果有擔憂，可以考慮在澳大利亞或英國開戶，但需要有境外資金，並且不能使用30倍以上的槓桿，而澳大利亞甚至不接受中國國籍。第三，關於那些所謂的騙錢和虧損問題，我認爲是那些投資老師本身存在問題。他們可能隻是爲了刷手續費而建議你開戶，而不是真正關心你的收益。他們不能代表券商平颱。相反，我認爲一個可以正常進行出入金、經營了多年的券商是可信的。如果説Hantec的缺點，那就是對我來説可交易的品種有點少。因爲交易有週期，一旦進入一個週期就需要找其他可交易的品種來替代。

我於2022年10月26號在該平臺入金，入金之後就發現不能登錄自己的帳號了。我聯系到他們的工作人員，沒想到他們厚顏無恥，說我還需要入金2萬港幣才能提現。 現在他們已經徹頭徹尾消失了，我也聯系不上他們了。
