Cuando estaba en mi cuenta demo todo iba bien pero cuando empecé a depositar dinero y trabajar realmente con Mitrade todo cambió! Los deslizamientos son altos y NEGATIVOs, y me empezaron a deducir el saldo en mi cuenta con miles y miles de razones, y los retiros tardaron tanto tiempo en llegar.... He perdido toda mi paciencia. Mala plataforma!

On one hand, the app is user-friendly and straightforward, which is great for beginners like me. On the other hand, I faced issues with fund transfers taking longer than expected, and the customer service response was slower than I hoped for. It’s a solid platform, but improvements in these areas would make it better.

提供的交易工具都还蛮实用的，外汇的点差也是挺低的，但我觉得比较拉跨的一点是他们的交易平台真的不好用， 订单执行经常延迟，技术指标也不可以定制，一点都没有mt4或是mt5 好用。

Havent trade with MiTRADE, but i have some words to say. Although it offers wide range of tradable instruments, and the trading condition is also not bad, it lacks mt4 and mt5. Personally, i will prefer to choose the brokers who offers these two industry-standard platforms.

不让追加保证金，故意爆仓损失2500多美金

I tried to deposit and withdraw money from my own account, but the system showed that withdrawals were restricted. I contacted customer service, and they said my account was under review and they would email me later. However, a week has passed, and I still haven't received the email, and every time I contact customer service, I get the same response. I strongly suspect they are trying to scam me out of my US dollars.

I am a new user using my own deposit. I deposited $2,000 and received $3,100 through trading, but I cannot withdraw the funds. The staff told me that I must provide various unreasonable documents, which has been hindering my withdrawal.
