سيء جدا وتعرضت معهم لعملية إحتيال، ولديهم ميول للوكلاء على حساب العملاء "المتداولين" بعد أن قمت بالإيداع تفاجئت بأنه تم فتح مراكز شرائية بأحجام كبيرة جدا في نفس اللحظة وذلك لكي أخسر أموالي. #ملاحظة : تم فتح تلك المراكز بعد أن طلبت سحب المال. _____ أيضا تواصل معي مدير الحسابات ولم يتم حل مشكلتي منذ أكثر من شهر. مجرد تضييع للوقت ومجاملات لا أكثر. اما عن الصور المرفقة : 1- الصورة رقم /1/ يظهر حسابي من الداخل من منطقة الأعضاء. 2- الصورة رقم /2/ يظهر طلب السحب اللذي قدمته مع تاريخ التقديم. 3ـ الصورة رقم /3/ تظهر مراكز تم فتحها بأحجام كبيرة لكي يتم تصفير الحساب !!!! و أرجوا التركيز على التوقيت لأنه مهم جدا. أنا طلبت السحب في 28/03/2026، كما هو موضح في الصورة رقم 2 لم تتم معالجة الطلب !!! وتم فتح المراكز في حسابي مباشرة مع أول دقائق إفتتاح السوق، كما هو موضح في الصورة رقم 3. 4- الصورة رقم /4/ الإيميل اللذي قمت بإرساله إلى الشركة. 5- الصورة رقم /5/ و /6/ و /7/ و /8/ تواصل معي مدير الحسابات وذلك بناء على رسالتي اللتي أرسلتها عبر الإيميل. اخبرني انه يعلم بالمشكلة ولم يتم حلها حتى اليوم.
