My first deposit and registration went smoothly, however I had trouble getting MetaTrader 5 to launch. Answering my questions and escalating my issue to the appropriate technical and account managers, live support was fantastic.

Traded in a few other platforms before, and felt the most comfortable here my account manager was helpful and informative. MT5 is user-friendly and easy to understand.
