Disappointed with InstaForex's responsiveness. It took them a whopping 30 minutes to get back to me, and by that time, I had already figured out part of the issue on my own. The person who called back had a good attitude, but their assistance was limited. Unsure how they handle things in a real emergency situation?!

Terrible support experience with @InstaForex. Can't recommend dealing with them. Hard to trust - they make decisions without any reasons or explanations. Be cautious, think twice before investing your hard-earned money.
