I've been trading with FFIN for about two weeks now and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the platform. The trading process is smooth and the signals have been reliable so far. However, I did notice that their customer service reps don't seem to have a strong grasp on English, which made it difficult to communicate with them at times.
