I recently provided feedback on the FAQs section of the Cambridge FX website due to some noticeable issues that didn't align with my actual user experience. I promptly communicated this concern with their customer service. However, despite a week passing, there have been no updates or corrections made. As someone who takes things seriously, I find their lack of professionalism concerning.

Cambridge FX is a company dedicated to cross-border payments. We all know that the fees charge by banks for this kind of payments are usually high and sometimes hard to take. However, the security shoud not make a concession to saving money.
