As a user of TFB trading platform, I gotta say, their customer service is a mess. You can forget about getting through to them when things get hairy. And guess what? They'll slam your positions shut at the worst possible moment instead of waiting for a break. It's like they're out to get you, not help you. Total disaster. And good luck trying to fight them in court after they've wrecked you.

Terrible experience with TFB! Couldn't withdraw funds, and they rejected my withdrawal request. Total scam! Avoid at all costs.
