I'm not sure if I've been taken for a ride, but someone influential suggested I try copy trading. I jumped in with the minimum payment within an hour. I received a screenshot showing my pending withdrawal, but now they're asking for the remaining deposit to process it. Is this for real or a scam?

I had a decent experience with NCM Investment's demo account, but things took a turn for the worse when I switched to a live account. The trading conditions were unfavorable, with inexplicably high spreads. My account manager attributed it to market volatility, but the sudden spike in spreads for major currency pairs to over 100 pips was alarming.
