it’s a scam . can’t take out my money
1. It has been more than a week since I applied for a withdrawal, but it has not been processed yet. 2. Apply for arbitration, MGCCKJ replied and asked me to call the official customer service. 3. Check the official email on the website and it is support@mgc-fx.com 4. Send an email to the official customer service, the system returns: The address cannot be found 5. Is MGCCKJ a formal company?
It does not address after apply for withdrawal for nearly one week. 1. Ask the customer service about the withdrawal time in advance, the customer service said 3-4 hours. 2. After applying for withdrawal, customer service said 1-4 days. 3. Later, after tracking the progress, the customer service responded at first, finally got ignored it. 4. No processing after 4 days
