Their customer support is non-existent, and their trading platforms are slow and unreliable. I had trouble withdrawing my funds and it took forever to get any response from their support team. Obviously, there is big room for improvement for this broker.

Additionally, the trading platform seems to have some technical issues and glitches, and I found that the mobile app version of the platform lacks some of the advanced features available on the desktop version.
