The trading platform is decent, pretty much like the others out there, but it's not the fastest. When it comes to deleting credit cards or updating your info, the service is pretty bad. They tend to block withdrawals and transfers without giving a clear reason, so it takes a few days to get a response. Also, when there's slippage and it goes negative, you gotta ask them to reset your balance to zero.
