I have earned nearly $15,326 through trading XAU/USD, but I was asked to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) process when withdrawing the funds, and as a result, my account has been blocked and I am unable to log in. Please provide me with a solution to this problem.

Fraud!

The platform is a simple web application like others where fraud has already occurred. They encourage you to deposit money and invite people with supposed welcome bonuses or similar, so that when they have enough money in their accounts, they can start creating obstacles with withdrawals. The fraud scheme is a Ponzi scheme similar to Bernie Madoff's, as guaranteed profits always and with those returns are unsustainable unless they continue to attract more people. Finally, they will disappear with all the money without the possibility of withdrawing it.
