I had a really poor experience with IBX brokerage's customer service. When I called to inquire about why their spread trading accounts are not denominated in pounds like all other brokers, a representative was extremely rude. He implied that I didn't know what I was talking about, making me seriously consider switching brokers. Subsequently, I submitted a withdrawal request to leave IBX, but it was not processed as promptly as they claimed. I had to follow up, and there was no apology or explanation – just a disappointing experience overall. No professionalism, just rubbish service.
