Trading account has been stolen.
1. The platform organizes specific "groups," mostly filled with GD team members, where a so-called expert leads the group. They deceived about a dozen of us into depositing money and even manipulated our accounts, causing losses! They profit from our losses and commissions (violating our right to be informed and our financial security). 2. The team's staff are unprofessional; they borrow money from clients and do not repay it! Everyone, be vigilant—GD is a scam company! 3. They disregard the law and oversight platforms, knowingly violating legal regulations.
A group of people in the group are all insiders, specifically deceiving a few ordinary people. They not only charge us high commissions, but also cause us losses. They deliberately make us go in the opposite direction and deceive me out of nearly $20,000. They even secretly changed the deposit records in the system, so I didn't make any money. They changed it to profit!!! Is there any regulatory oversight?!?!?
This company modifies user's account transactions and balances, deceiving several ordinary people in the romance scam group, inducing them to deposit money, and setting high spreads to earn commissions and losses!
The platform refuses to release my commission and has withheld over $300 from me.
I was deceived by this company in April 2024 and lost over 400,000. Additionally, a staff member borrowed 50,000 RMB from me and has not returned it. This group operates in areas like Yongzhou in Hunan and Nanchang. I have reported them to the police. Their method is to initially gain the customer's trust by adding them to a group filled with hundreds of fake accounts. They frequently deceive customers into depositing money and encourage them to trade. After the customers' accounts blow up, they blacklisted them, alter their data, and delete customer accounts!
I submitted a withdrawal request of 4288 on August 1st. The backend approved it, and the funds were deducted from my account normally, but the money has not arrived for a long time. I have sent multiple emails but received no response. The official website customer service also cannot provide an accurate timeframe and is just giving evasive and delaying responses. Both the principal and profit funds have not been credited for an extended period.
Withdrawal has not been credited for a long time, neither the principal nor the profits are given. The backend shows the review was successful, but the funds still haven't arrived after a long time. Emails have been sent, but now there's simply no reply.
Scammers! They have a dedicated team that individually persuades clients to deposit money, profiting from everyone's losses and commissions.
Gold Point, this precious metals platform is really shady. I became an IB agent customer to trade on this platform, but they didn't mention that they only pay commissions once a month. After two months, they finally said that they only allow withdrawals once a month. However, they didn't process my withdrawal in the second month and told me to contact their internal staff to handle the commission. I don't know these internal staff members and they just pass the responsibility to someone else. Is this a joke? If there are internal issues, shouldn't the company handle the commission instead of the internal staff? I really don't understand how Gold Point obtained a license from the Hong Kong precious metals industry. Are they using customers to exploit IB agents and not paying commissions to induce fraudulent promotion of their platform? With so many precious metals companies in Hong Kong, is there no trust in this license?
This is a scam platform, everyone please be aware. There is a dedicated team that induces deposits, sets high spreads/commissions, and finally makes everyone buy in the opposite direction to make them lose money! They keep asking me to deposit money again! They will keep us in locked positions, causing losses and charging fees/commissions! They even operate our accounts on our behalf! If you don't buy in, they will keep calling and urging you! They even modify everyone's account data in the background!
Is there any regulatory oversight for these platforms, or can just anyone engage in such high-risk activities now? Why are there no risk warnings at all? Even futures trading requires training and examinations, yet here we see coordinated scam teams luring inexperienced individuals to deposit and trade frequently.
I lost more than 500,000 RMB in deposits and suffered heavy losses. This platform is now popular and can be found on Weibo, XXXTok, and other platforms.
I am also one of the victims. I studied finance myself, but I still couldn't prevent it. At first, I got to know the group leader because of stock trading. He has been giving us recommendations for free. At that time, I naively thought that the group leader might teach people to trade stocks for the sake of a sense of achievement. Later, the group leader gradually revealed that he was shorting gold. Many people in the group followed suit. At first, I had doubts, but as people in the group kept posting screenshots and cheering about how much they earned today, I wavered. When I made 5,000 yuan in two days with an initial investment of 10,000 yuan, I firmly believed in following the group leader to short gold. I even became crazy to the point that I didn't want to listen to people around me telling me that he must have a purpose. I always believed that he was just happy to teach others. The frequent trading operations during that period made me unable to sleep well at night, with palpitations and insomnia. Every time I made a trade, I would be nervous and trembling all over. Every day, I listened to the so-called Teacher Guanghong's live broadcasts, and I completely fell into it. As gold continued to rise, I kept adding positions. I even borrowed tens of thousands of yuan online and put all my savings in. Just one week! Only one week! I blew up my account. At that moment, thoughts of wanting to die kept floating in my mind. I am just a recent college graduate, unable to find a job or make money, a young girl in her twenties. Now I even have a debt of 18 points, and I dare not tell my parents. My parents also cannot come up with so much money. I don't know how to face all of this. It all happened too fast. I really don't understand why those people can be so shameless and deceive others.
