FXBTG deducted $3173.4 from my account. My balance should have $2000 but I suffered losses. The manager suggested me to open an account of low slippage. During August 2-11, I did 121 orders but FXBTG said there were 40 orders under 3 minutes. So they deducted my balance and blocked my account. It was a scam. Please help me.
I applied for a withdrawal at FXBTG, but it keeps being delayed! Shit!
Find excuses to deny the withdrawal. Fraud platform. Cannot withdraw less than 100 dollars. The company can still trade with such regulations.

It exaggerated its scale when you opened account and then refused to catch loopholes, quick orders, smash, hedge, etc. I wanted to deal with the trend of trading but was unable to withdraw after gaining $3,000 due to upstream reasons. Firstly, my orders were always normal. Why not remind earlier? Secondly, I had many orders and the profits came from various transactions. I only gained $3,000. The platform was totally a scam. My account was blocked and the history of transactions was as follow.
The scammed users by the account called trader. The balance in it was unable to withdraw.
FXBTG was unable to withdraw funds, the funds withdrawn did not arrive in my account, the new withdrawal application was not processed, and customer service didn't respond.
FXBTG has been rejecting my withdrawal request for no reason since July 2022, and now they ignore my withdrawal request. Communicated with customer service, but they did not reply to my message anymore.
On September 27, I opened a short position on the jp255 index on this platform. I closed my position on September 28, with a total profit of US$4,292 from the four orders. The first time I withdraw money, the profit amount is 4292. I applied for a withdrawal again, but the platform froze my account and said I was trading illegally. FXBTG doesn't allow withdrawal because the money I withdrew has not been credited to my account. I can't figure out how it became a listed company. In my view, it's nothing.
