General Information

Established in 2008, LIMEFX is an offshore forex brokerage registered in the Marshall Islands. This brokerage presents itself as an STP broker offering clients a wide selection of trading instruments through the advanced MT4 trading platform, with a total of five accounts available.

Please note that there is no evidence showing this brokerage is authorized or regulated by any regulatory authorities. Although this alone does not mean that LIMEXFX is a scam, investors should take extra vigilance before investing with this brokerage.

Account Types

Five trading accounts are available with the LIMEFX platform: Mini, Standard, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. These five trading accounts are actually categorized by the minimum initial deposit requirements, with the Mini account from $500, the Standard account from $5,000, Silver Account from $7,500, the Gold account from $10,000, and the Platinum account from $25,000.

Different amount of welcome bonus is offered depending on the account type:

• Startup: up to 50%

• Silver: up to 100%

• Gold-up to 120%

• Platinum-up to 120%

Different account services are offered in light of different accounts. For example, with the Silver account, only a personal financial analyst is available, while with Gold and Platinum accounts, a half-hour review of a trading account with the analyst once a week, and a quarterly trading plan, are offered respectively aside from personal financial analyst.

Please note that this company claims that it reserves the right to charge an account maintenance fee in the amount of 5% of the account balance for each calendar month in the absence of activity by the client for 90 days. The commissions start to be charged for 91 days and stop when activity resumes.

Spreads & Swap Fees

LIMEFX offers both fixed and variable spreads for its clients. If a trader holds his positions overnight, then a commission for using the credit is charged from the trading account. The size of the commission depends on the amount of the transaction is 0.005%-0.015% of its size, for cryptocurrency 0.5%. The commission is charged at 00:00 GMT.

Trading Platform

LIMEFX gives its clients two trading platform options: XCritical and MT4 trading platform that can be accessed through Web, and Mobile terminals.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Traders can make a deposit and withdrawal through the following payment options with the LIMEFX platform:

• Neteller

• Skrill

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50. Please note that there are some key points you need to pay attention to:

• If the clients deposit any other than US dollars, there is an additional cost with the conversion and commission.

• If the client deposits a bank transfer, the client can use only one bank account that is registered in his country of residence. You agree to send a confirmation of the transfer that complies with the standard. If the client does not confirm the deposit, a bank transfer may be returned.
