Unable to withdraw money and hard to get the complaints settle since the platform with Full license doesn’t make a reply

In December 2018, I applied for withdrawing money. I was told that the platform was no longer operating in China. After applying me, they suspended my account. It is an unscrupulous enterprise.

Ingot is a Ponzi Scheme and even tried to sell their company to others.

Ingot is a Ponzi Scheme. I can’t withdraw on it. They illegally raised $80,000,000 in INGOT COIN project. They took them all and never gave them back to investors. Every time I sent them emails, they found themselves different excuses. This is their company address in Jordan: 7th circle 3rd behind safway cakeshop bulding amman Jordan. Now they are even trying to sell the company to other people.

INGOT IS A SCAM

After few weeks of trading i notice a huge slippage on my orders, even with vps 3ms from their server. I tested MT5 and MT4 and both have illegal plugins, so I decided to request a withdraw and close my account, they have denied because i didn't had 70$ on my account. I have made very clear i do not want to deposit more and they demanded more deposit to withdraw.Besides the plugins they use for slippage forcing clients to deposit more is a scam! Their are a scam, run away from this broker!!! They also show no fees to withdraw in BTC and in back-office they charge 1%, what a scammers

Ingot fraud platform, in which the website are all closed.

In 2018,the forex business of Ingot in China has been ceased with all websites disabled,the domestic platform said that the withdrawal could be available in January,2019.So far,investors haven’t received the fund.Let ‘s get united,I have reported to the APRA and the embassy in Jordan is preparing materials.

In 2018, our mainland clients were already taken advantage of by them, and my $5,230 still hasn't been successfully withdrawn!

I was introduced to this trading platform by a friend and initially didn't notice anything unusual. They promoted themselves as fully licensed in Australia, which upon verification was true. Who would have thought that after November 29, 2018, trading and withdrawals suddenly became impossible! Now they've actually started soliciting clients again! Everyone must not believe them! I swear I'm not telling a single lie!

Illegal fund raising

Due to tight investment in the project group, Ingot illegally raised funds of 40 million US dollarsin the blockchain Ingot COIN for project development. After raising money, they didn’t use it to development project. The official said that the money would be returned to the investor but failed. Friends in China, we are now in contact with the investors to file legal proceedings against the illegal fund raising fraud of the Ingot Group. I can’t tell the feeling. The founder is said to win the Forbes Award. I really did not understand people who are not honest. How could the award be given to he?

They won’t let me withdraw and banned my account.

I can withdraw normally before. Because I earned a lot recently in trading gold and DJI, they rejected my withdrawal request for no reason.

completely avoid this company, they have issues handling withdrawal. I invested $48,000 but my withdrawal was severely delayed, it will be best to never make contact with them but if you've already invested taking extra action is what gets you access to your investment again because Ingot brokers have no intention of activating withdrawal for investors
