Profits cannot be withdrawn, and only the principal is refunded after deducting the profit. The trading account has only been logged in from one computer from the opening of the account to the transaction to the withdrawal. The position has been held for several hours. If the profit is not given, only the principal can be withdrawn. If you do not agree with them, the principal will not be given, either. You will have to deduct $300 from the principal before it is credited. On a very dark platform, don't do it. Only losses are allowed and profits are not allowed. Account: 3003796

Scam Platform, Unable to Withdraw Principal

This is a classic scam platform where funds can only be deposited but not withdrawn. I attempted to withdraw using the TRC20 network, but the platform rejected my request, stating that funds must be returned via the ERC20 network. Subsequently, I linked an ERC20 address, but the platform again refused to allow the withdrawal, demanding that I upload the name of the exchange and wallet address. When I inquired with customer service, they absurdly claimed that I had used the BEP20 network for my deposit. I used the OKEx exchange for my deposit, which does not even support the BEP20 network. The response from customer service was clearly fabricated; they stated that I must link a BEP20 wallet address to proceed with the withdrawal. This is purely a scam platform. Can only deposit and cannot withdraw.

I made a profit, but the company deducted it automatically. They said there was a system problem and the quote was wrong. However, it was still open to customers for two days in a row. The reason is because there is no technician to fix on weekends. But there are technicians who deduct the profits of customers. Other evidence is in the previous account. I traded on the Errante platform and made a profit of nearly 24,000 USD. The platform operator blocked all my accounts because of a system error, and refused to return my principal. I was not allowed to log in to take screenshots of the evidence, customer service and Facebook & Instagram also blocked me. Is it a regular platform operation? This company treats users like this, and this company also forcibly closed my account because there is still a floating loss that limits me to closing orders for 20 hours. It is not the first time this company’s system has a problem. I have traded for two years and encountered it three times, but there is no consequence. If my issue was not resolved today, and another trader will encounter the same problem. I hope a third-party person can handle this matter. The broker Errante does not allow users to withdraw funds and restricts them from accessing their accounts. Errante has received 5 user complaints so far. The complaints are basically related to the inability to withdraw funds, abnormal trading, deliberately creating slippage, taking clients' money to pay employees and other problems, and only one complaint in June has been resolved, the rest of the complaints Errante have no response.

My withdrawal request was denied and my account was frozen.

I received the following email when I tried to withdraw my profits. ------------ We have checked your usage environment in our responsible department and found that the same IP address is being used among multiple accounts (which appear to belong to different customers). This situation is likely to violate our terms of service, and we regretfully revoked the profits from the relevant trades. In addition, we took measures to freeze your account. We appreciate your understanding. ------------ My family members do not trade forex, so I have no idea where this is coming from. This is an unfair treatment.
